Providing a work status report immediately following the office evaluation. The patient receives their report at the same time we are sending the report to their Work Comp Care Team.
Outlining and communicating a detailed treatment plan for returning the employee to work and an expected MMI date to the Work Comp Care Team.
Explaining expectations to each patient so they have a clear understanding of their treatment. Understanding the expectations gives the patient more confidence in the care of their work injury. We are always focused on the goal of getting them better so they can return to work.
